This quest is obtained by killing a Diabolical Thornling Punisher in south Arramora. These and the normal Thornling Punishers are commonly found in the southeast desert area.
The quest requires 10 kills. Each kill will advance your quest, and your reward will be obtained automatically upon the last kill.
