"Lugian Sages provide enormous benefit not only to themselves but to their entire Fellowship. Sage skills can restore Health, Vigor, and even assuage some amount of vitae—helping their Fellowships survive where lesser ones fall."




Sages are Lugian Magic Characters that have higher Healing Skills, Vigor Regeneration and Crowd Control. They are usually played as HEALERS. They have a lot of target heals that help him and others to stay alive, they heal fellow vigor and they can mezz extra mobs, keeping groups under control. When Sages become Heroes they can revive players from death.
SOLO PLAY: Sages are hard to play solo because they do have high survivability, but kill very slow. Some players build Melee Sage specs to solo mobs 3 to 4 levels above his own level.
GROUP PLAY: Sages are loved in groups to play HEALERS and help in controlling the mobs.

Skills

This is a list of Skills for all Sages. Some may use a different set with small changes but the main stream of skills that makes a Sage is here. It starts with the base Magic tree, then the specialty tree from Sage and ends with the Melee skills. Inside the Sage tree we will address normal and hero skills.

Magic

We will list all skills in Magic tree because they can all be learned and put to good use:

Sage

These are the skills that define the Class. There are some different builds possible but we will list all skills in tree.

  • SKILLNurture.png - Nurture - A targeted and fast Medium Heal with low vigor cost.
  • SKILLSageAdept.png - Sage Adept - Mastery for Sage Skills.
  • SKILLBolsterMetabolism.png - Bolster Metabolism‎ - A Max Health Fellow Buff.
  • SKILLBolsterConviction.png - Bolster Conviction ‎- A Huge Vigor Regeneration Self only Buff.
  • SKILLHeartrend.png - Heartrend - A Magic ranged attack.
  • SKILLRestoreWill.png - ‎Restore Will - A non-self target Vigor Heal.
  • SKILLCureWounds.png - Cure Wounds - A targeted Strong Heal with bigger vigor cost.
  • SKILLBolsterWill.png - Bolster Will - A fellow Vigor Heal (doesn't affect the caster).
  • SKILLFortify.png - Fortify - A self Armor buff.
  • SKILLCureDisease.png - Cure Disease - A fellow disease removal spell that also grants immunity for a short period.
  • SKILLSavingGraces.png - Saving Graces - A Strong Fellow Heal with high vigor cost and CD.
  • SKILLHypnosis.png - Hypnosis - Mesmerize the target putting it to sleep until attacked or effect expires.
  • SKILLRecurrentMinstration.png - Recurrent Ministration - An HoT fellow buff.
  • SKILLInsight.png - Insight ‎- A strong self-only Vigor Heal with low cost but big CD.
  • SKILLFester.png - Fester - A ranged debuff that greatly reduces all health regenerations from target.
  • SKILLEaseMemories.png - Ease Memories - A non-self target Vitae Heal.


Sage Hero

These Skills are only available at lv 45+ and only after becoming a Hero.

  • SkillHeroMastery.png - Hero Mastery - Increases chance to Hit and Avoid Melee, Magic and Missile attacks.
  • SkillHeroVigor.png - Hero Passive Vigor - Sage's Hero Passive is a Vigor Bonus.
  • SkillArcaneLore.png - Arcane Lore - Passive skill that allows players to equip better quality armor and weapons.
  • SkillBreathofLife.png - Breath of Life - A rezz skill that can be done in or out of combat, but uses focus.
  • SkillSanctuaryoftheMind.png - Sanctuary of the Mind - A Heal and a HoT that also increases skill costs to healed player for 15 secs.
  • SkillPsycheTwist.png - Psyche Twist - A magic attack that paralyzes the target reducing run speed to zero.

These are the skills from Melee tree that some Sages take. Others are also possible but we are only going to list the mandatory ones:
