Walkthrough
This is one of the few Olvidan Farm quests that requires some combat. If you spend 5,000 gold, you can avoid combat with everything except one level 43 solo Banderling.
To begin this quest, speak to Ulafa Olvidan. Some Banderlings have their dillo herd trapped inside a nearby dungeon.
The dungeon is at 18.8S 17.2W. An NPC Banderling Guard stands outside. If you pay him 5,000 gold, you'll get a key that lets you bypass a small pack of level 40 solo Banderlings inside.
Whichever path you take, you'll end up at a room with a level 43 Banderling Herdkeeper and some dillos. Kill the herdkeeper and loot its exit key. Using the key on the door in this room and using the exit portal will advance your quest.
Finally, return to Ulafa to complete the quest and earn your reward.
