Walkthrough
This is a soloable quest, but there is a room with several level 41 solo beetles that must be searched. If you're near the minimum level, this room can be difficult without a potion.
To begin this quest, speak to Almahra Olvidan.
Next, travel to Linvak Tukal and speak to Jormun Damuk at the top. Speak to him three times to advance the quest. Be sure to keep talking until he has no new dialogue.
The land deed is located in a building near Linvak Tukal at 8.8S, 28.4W. There are several Atrocious Beetles here which can be killed or avoided, and several bookshelves. Click each of the shelves until a Sodden Ashes appears in you inventory.
To restore the ashes, go to the Eater of Souls located in many places, including Linvak Tukal. Hand over the ashes and receive a Land Claim.
Hand the Land Claim to Jormun Damuk back at Linvak Tukal to advance the quest. Finally, return to Almahra at the farm to complete it and earn your reward.
