Toggle Effects

Toggle Effects means any spell or effect that can be turned on or off without a duration attached.
Some are toggled by using the spell or effect command, while others are toggled by entering in a range or zone.
Some AC2 buffs are Toggled like Robustify, Acumen or Benevolent Leader (just to name randomly 3).
There are also some other Toggle effects like "Forge craft range" (distant check toggle), "PVP and KVK status" (zone toggle).
Other games may have other Toggle effects like "AFK status".
