When speaking with Kanten at 16.2N, 28.4E in Cavendo, via Rithwic or Shoushi, you will receive one of a number of quests at random. If you receive this quest, your task is to bring pan pipes to Kanten, which are a random loot item. Handing them in will complete the quest.
