Walkthrough

Speak to Portus at 10.1S, 30.2W, east of Linvak Tukal to receive the quest to find and slay the Gray Flayer, a level 53 solo Flayer with 4,000 health. The Grey Flayer is known to spawn in varied locations, with a clue being given by Portus when you speak with him.

Location 1 - Southwest of Rakani at 24.3N, 48.6E
Portus tells you, "We have heard the Grey Flayer is now somewhere on the west coast of Omishan but it may move on soon."

Location 2 - Obscure Ruined Village at 20.3N, 69.2E
Portus tells you, "Text"

Location 3 - West of the portal from Omishan to Linvak at 17.4N, 90.4E
Portus tells you, "We have heard the Grey Flayer is now on Omishan west of the gateway to Linvak, but it may move on soon."

Once you have found and killed the Grey Flayer, return to Portus in order to complete the quest.
