Walkthrough
Speak with Torgara in the center of Skyport at 30.5S, 34.2E to receive the quest. You will be asked to gather seed in the underground tunnels of an island west of Skyport.
Underground Tunnels
The dungeon itself has level 32-38 solo Scraven but the journey is quite long and level 40-something group monsters must be passed along the way. You should avoid the narrow strip of land along the way and instead swim across, using the small island to rest if needed.
When you reach the dungeon at 29.6S, 25.8E, follow the map below to the Seed Storage caches and fight the several enemies in this room, before looting a Quatrid Seed Packet. Be warned that the Scraven will respawn fast so you may not be able to kill quickly enough to clear the room before opening a cache.
Planting the Seed Packet
Recall to Skyport and use the Quatrid Seed Packet to receive a message indicating your proximity to where they must be planted. This is actually a fixed location at 33.0S, 36.0E, on a large patch of dirt. When using the Quatrid Seed Packet at this location, four Quatrid Plants will spawn - be prepared to guard them for 5 minutes from the occasional level 36 solo Grizzled Monouga and Chelak Scraven and level 42 solo Banderling Mangler that will also spawn in sporadic intervals.
The plants have 3,000 health and do regenerate their health points. Caution should be used if multiple players are doing the quest at once since each person seems to bring their own enemies to defend against and planting multiple seeds at once may prove overwhelming. When the timer on the Quatrid Plants has expired, loot them to receive four Quatrid Grain Sheafs.
Baking the Sheafs
Head south across the river to Tretna Byer at 36.1S, 36.6E in Yaosenji, by the windmill on top of the hill. Hand her each Quatrid Grain Sheaf to receive four Aluvian Flat Breads.
Completing the Quest
Return a single bread to Torgara to complete the quest - handing in each of the remaining three will give a small additional reward.
