Walkthrough
Speak to Bartholis at 28.6N 72.4E in Ankoro, via Rakani or Hakata to begin the quest. This is a simple quest where no combat is required if you buy the item.
Your goal is to find an Olthoi Grub Meat trophy, which can be looted from the corpses of Olthoi Grubs in the Olthoi Wastes, north from the Central Farali Outpost, and just about every other Olthoi-infested area. In the Olthoi Wastes there are Olthoi Grubs in the low level 30s and others in the mid 40s - seek and kill the lower types if you are near the minimum required level for the quest.
The Olthoi Grub Meat can also be bought in trait shops or directly from another player like any other monster trophy. Simply hand one of these to Bartholis to complete the quest and earn your reward.
