Walkthrough
Speak to Sumalar in Ikeras to begin the quest once you've completed Perforate the Puppet Spawn. You must kill 10 Surrogate Spawn, which can be found all over the Lumari Spill Isles region.
Each kill will advance your quest. After the last kill, return to Sumalar for your reward.
