Find and destroy Bendit Stelzor
Bendit Stelzor is a fixed spawn at 41.0S, 50.8E - he is a level 57 solo Scraven with three level 53 minions. They are inside a small fort and you can often lure one or two away from the others so as to not be overwhelmed. Kill Bendit Stelzor to advance the quest and return to Fiona for your reward.
