Walkthrough
Speak to Sister Nell Palnos in Ikeras to begin the quest once you've completed Eliminate the Ulu Sclavus. You must kill 10 Faisi Sclavus or Seeker Faisi Sclavus. Faisi Sclavus spawn west of the Northwest Tou-Tou Outpost, and Seeker Faisi Sclavus can be found around Southern Tou-Tou.
Each kill will advance your quest. After the last kill, return to Sister Nell for your reward.
