Walkthrough
Speak to Baliga in Ikeras to begin the quest once you've completed Deflate the Parfal Nefanes. You must kill 10 Listris Niffis, which can be found in Lumari Spill region (main town is Shinoko).
Each kill will advance your quest. After the last kill, return to Baliga for your reward.
