Speak to Ingara in Ikeras to begin the quest. You must kill 10 Blighted Mucor, which can be found in northeast Tou-Tou, Southeast Naderu, and in many other places throughout the Naderu ringway.
Each kill will advance your quest. After the last kill, return to Ingara for your reward.
