How to get it: Very rare drop from high level monsters.
Use: Can be used to imbue armor and weapons with powerful effects.
- Used in Armor: Reduces vigor cost of all skills. Stacks with esprit, and specialty breastplates that reduce vigor cost. Does not stack with Vigor Caching, so if you use a weapon with VC then this effect will not work.
- Used in Weapons: Adds 8% to critical strike, and combat speed debuff. Should not stack with critical hit bonus effects or combat speed reducing effects.
