Walkthrough
To begin this quest, speak to Araton. You'll receive a Wand of Rescue, and your goal is to use it on the three people in far northern Osteth.
They are located at 48.3N 10.2W. Other than the occasional Fanatic pack spawn, you shouldn't need to avoid any monsters, but the location is quite far to run. It's located right on the edge of the large crater lake. None of the mountains near Arwic can be scaled, so it's best to either start from the outpost to the east, or the Battlefield lifestone.
Once you find them, use the Wand of Rescue on each person like a key to advance the quest. Once you've done it to all three, return to Araton for your reward. You can now buy lesser tarot cards from Ivriya, who sells them for 15k each instead of Morl's 30k price tag.
