One of the Soulbound Weapons originally carried by the Fetterguard of Omishan, who died defending the magical ties that bound the Tumerok Shelters to the Omishan Fettermound. Reward for the Omishan Soulbound Weapons quest.
Requirement: Level 30+, Must be Human, Must have the Emblem of Might skill from Defender, Must have completed the Omishan Soulbound Weapons quest.
