This quest is also known as 'Feasts or Bloodfeasts' in game. The Bloodfeast Shreth and it's kill task Blood Shreths are found North and West of Ikeras. The Blood Shreths are level 20 and carry around 1,900hp, which means a fellowship is needed for this quest. Debuffs, Pets, Tanks, and Vulnerability skills will come in handy when fighting these mobs, as they don't go down as quickly as other mobs. Be careful of Blood Shreth Impalers, as they are stronger and do more damage than a Blood Shreth. Once you kill the last Blood Shreth, you gain the reward automatically.
