Fort Strathelar

Fort Strathelar is located far in the south of the Ramparts, almost at the Shield Wall. Named for the legendary archer Elysa Strathelar, it's the last bastion of civilization before the Olthoi-infested Desolation area. It's a quest hub for the mid 60s to mid 70s, and also contains a lifestone.
