How to get it: Very rare drop from high level monsters.
Use: Can be used to imbue armor and weapons with powerful effects.
- Armor effect: Absorbs some damage 5% of the time.
- Shield Effect: Absorbs some damage 5% of the time.
- Weapon effect: Reduces weapon combat delay and vigor cost by approximately 20% (decimal values seem to round down).
